This fellow was so engrossed in his contemplation he didn’t notice me creeping near to paint him! He’s painted in my favourite medium – oils – on canvas board, 30 x 30 cm.
He was so enjoying the warmth of the sun that he didn’t move and his attention was completely focused on the middle distance. He could have been meditating!
